Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by LIHNS, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.

Store Credit

In certain situations, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on the LIHNS website and will be provided only with your agreement or where appropriate.
