Exchanges

  • You received an incorrect item.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during final sale or promotional clearance.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products returned without their original tags or packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

In certain situations, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund where appropriate.
